Coffee catering FAQ
Is there a minimum?
Service has a 2-hour minimum. Most events book 2–3 hours.
What do you need on site?
About 8' × 6' of space and a standard 120V outlet (20-amp preferred). We bring our own water, so no hookup is needed.
How many guests can you serve?
One barista serves about 40–50 drinks per hour. For larger events we recommend additional carts.
How far ahead should I book?
We recommend 3–4 weeks in advance. Prime dates, especially during Phoenix's busy spring season, fill quickly.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry commercial general liability coverage and can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue.
